About this event
Our Kids Kickboxing Class (ages 4–9) is a high-energy, fun, and safe way for young ones to get active while learning the basics of kickboxing. Through age-appropriate drills, games, and skill-building exercises, kids develop coordination, balance, strength, and confidence. Led by experienced instructors, each class focuses on discipline, respect, and having fun while keeping every child engaged and moving.
