- ➤ Goleta is hosting its fourth electric bike safety week starting Monday, Jan. 19 with school outreach and a ride event at Goleta Valley Junior High on Saturday, Jan. 24 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. MOVE Santa Barbara will perform pre-ride checks because state law now requires red lights on e-bikes.
