- ➤ Open Air Bicycles, a long-serving bike shop at 135 East Carrillo Street, is set to close by March 31 unless a new owner takes over the business. - ➤ Santa Barbara County Health and the Sheriff’s Office advise residents to avoid foods, supplements or drinks containing Kratom or (7-OH) due to risks of addiction, overdose and death.
