- ➤ Chocolats du Calibressan in Carpinteria enters a new chapter as master chocolatier Jean-Michel Carré retires after 18 years; the Weigel family, trained with him for three months, will keep his cherished recipes and warm service. KEYT
- ➤ Local producers, conservationists and community members will gather at Larner Vineyard in Solvang on June 7 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. for an outdoor, farm-to-table dinner featuring handcrafted cocktails by Rock 12 Distillery & seasonal wines, followed by a guided tour of the vineyard. Noozhawk

- ➤ The annual 40th Kite Festival at Santa Barbara City College has been postponed to April 19 because of rain and will run from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Great Meadow (west campus lawn), celebrating the theme You and Me. KEYT
- ➤ After opening Friday, the Italian festival La Piazza continues today and Sunday with live concerts at Faulkner Gallery and Italian food plus workshops at Towbes Plaza.
