- ➤ A 29-year-old man was arrested Monday after allegedly trying to set a sleeping person's blanket on fire on the 500 block of East Yanonali Street—passersby quickly put out the flames—and although the victim was not hurt, their blanket and clothing sustained burn marks while suspect Joshua Woodruff was later found on the 800 block of East Montecito Street and booked on felony charges for assault likely to produce great bodily injury and arson. - ➤ A 29-year-old man was arrested on Monday morning after setting fire to a blanket under which someone was lying in the 500 block of East Yanonali Street—police say the victim was uninjured but suffered burned clothing and the suspect was later taken into custody on the 800 block of East Montecito Street and booked on charges of felony assault likely to produce great bodily injury and felony arson.
