- ➤ On Aug. 21, law enforcement agencies including the CHP and several county teams arrested three armed felony suspects in Santa Barbara—recovering several loaded semi-automatic handguns with extended magazines and an assault rifle after stopping two men at a bus station and searching an Isla Vista apartment.
