- ➤ The Santa Barbara Metropolitan Transit District Board of Directors approved a three-year collective bargaining agreement on Tuesday for bus operators and operations supervisors represented by Teamsters Local 186 — the contract gives an 11.25% wage raise retroactive to July 1.
