- ➤ The City of Santa Barbara will replace aging water main on Cliff Drive and nearby streets starting today with work scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and overnight on certain intersections — the project will finish in summer and may cause temporary delays in water service, traffic and parking with a notice given one day in advance of any interruption.
