- ➤ Goleta City Council approved a $404,897.57 contract with a Kern County company called KYA Services LLC to renovate Mathilda Park at 311 Mathilda Dr.—the park will get a new playground, defined turf space, drought tolerant landscaping and an ADA accessible walkway.
