RATES Single class: $38 per class 5 class pack: $175 ($35 per class) 10 class pack: $350 ($35 per class) A weekly group class for our Pre and PostNatal clients, looking to support and strengthen them in their pregnancy and recovery after. Individuals will receive Pilates exercises specifically tailored to their needs, hands on cues, and deeper awareness of their body. Remember that once a Class or Appointment have been booked, our cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance in order to avoid the session fee.
