About this event
Our Teen No-Gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class (ages 9+) teaches teens the fundamentals of grappling without the traditional gi, focusing on submissions, escapes, sweeps, and positional control. Through dynamic drills, partner work, and live rolling, students build strength, agility, and confidence while developing strategy and problem-solving skills on the mat. Led by experienced instructors, this class emphasizes discipline, respect, and a fun, supportive environment for teens to grow as martial artists.
