Never the same workout twice! Wavemakers is a 45-minute total-body workout that blends cardio, strength, core, balance, and plenty of variety in both shallow and deep water. Expect creative exercises, unique pool equipment, intervals, and even the occasional game (like basketball or freeze tag) -- all designed to challenge your body while keeping things fresh & fun. Intermediate level.
