Remember that once a Class or Appointment has been booked, our cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance in order to avoid the session fee. A great place for experienced beginner / intermediate clients that have a basic understanding of Pilates, and are ready for a challenge in a group class setting. Different variations of the basic exercises will be given to take the individual to the next step and strengthen them in a new way.
