Family Camp 2026 Get ready for a different kind of weekend. Outsiders Family Camp is a simple, old-school, bring-your-own-tent kind of camp experience for the whole family. We are heading to Camp Rancho Alegre in Santa Barbara County for a weekend in Larsen Meadow, where families can slow down, worship together, laugh together, and make memories without overcomplicating the whole thing. This is a dry camping experience, which means families will bring their own tents, trailers, or campers. There are no hookups in Larsen Meadow, so come ready for a more traditional camping setup. Breakfasts and lunches will be on your own, but each night we will gather for a large family-style dinner included with your registration. Throughout the weekend, we will have space for families to connect through games, activities, devotional times, prayer, worship, and shared meals. There will be nightly family-style services with worship, along with a Sunday morning service onsite. Whether you stay through Sunday service and evening meal or Monday morning prayer and devotional time, this weekend is designed to give families room to be together, meet other church families from our district, and enjoy camp in a way that is simple, meaningful, and fun. There are no hookups for trailers or campers in Larsen Meadow. Families are responsible for their own tents, trailers, campers, sleeping gear, breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and personal camping supplies.
