About this event
Our MMA Class combines striking, grappling, and ground techniques to create a full-spectrum combat training experience. Train under experienced coaches who guide you through dynamic drills, sparring, and technique work designed to improve skill, strength, and endurance. Each session blends stand-up striking, takedowns, submissions, and conditioning to develop well-rounded fighters. Note: To join this class, you should already be well-rounded in at least one martial art.
