About this event
Our Teen Kickboxing Class (ages 9+) is a dynamic, high-energy workout that teaches proper kickboxing technique while building strength, agility, and confidence. Teens will learn striking, footwork, and conditioning through skill-focused drills, partner work, and fun challenges in a supportive environment. Led by experienced instructors, this class encourages discipline, focus, and teamwork while keeping every session engaging and empowering.
