About this event
Our Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Class (ages 4–9) introduces young children to the fundamentals of BJJ in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through games, drills, and partner work, kids learn basic positions, submissions, and self-defense techniques while developing coordination, balance, discipline, and confidence. Led by experienced instructors, each class focuses on building skills, respect, and a love for martial arts.
