If you haven't voted yet, today's the day. About 88,000 ballots had been returned by Monday, 35% of the registered voters in Santa Barbara County, and more than 10,000 came in that day alone. Martin Cobos, the deputy registrar of voters, urges anyone still deciding to vote soon, given the ballot's length and possible wait times.
